Bummer dude...

Ok that last post was totally bummer- there's my surfer dude attitude- It sounded worse then it was- promise- I just need to organize my thoughts- I am happy. I promise- just a down day.

Grumpy gray days

You ever just have one of those days that you just feel grumpy and groggy for no explainable reason?
That is me today. Which really sucks cause it is Halloween- and I love Halloween.
I think things have just been building up and for some reason it all seems to hit me today.
It is nothing serious, I just have felt in this rut for- well years now- and I feel like everytime I try and pull myself out of the rut, it does nothing. I feel like I am eternally stuck with what I am and have. But I know that it not the case.
What is it about today that suddenly everything is hitting me really hard- and so unexpectedly?
Well- I am looking a fool at work- sitting at my desk crying- so I can't keep writing about this right now. Need to organize my thoughts
