This one is one that I want

This is an alarm clock, that you can't simply hit the snooze button on. In order for the alarm to turn off, you have to pick up the clock/dumb bell and do some reps. I think that you could set the number of reps you would have to do- but still. First thing in the morning that you do is a little exercise? Not a bad idea. Maybe it would get you motivated to do MORE exercise...
