So I am a bit of a movie buff. Me and Meghann use to play the game Six degrees of separation- which if you don't know this idea, it is basically that everyone is connected to everyone else with in 6 degrees- or connections. There is actually a board game called 6 Degrees of Kevin Bacon- which is basically saying that everyone has a connections to Kevin Bacon cause he has done like a million movies.
Well, me and Megh would play this game trying to connect random actors to each other within 6 degrees. MY brother-in-law Tim would try and stump us, it was hard, but we did not get stumped. (because we are awesome!) Tim would not make easy connections- we are talking Kirby Heyborne from the RM to someone like John Wayne.
Well the other day- we were watching Monk where there was an episode where Tim Daly was on the show- he was on another show with Tony Shaloub called Wings. They had a funny moment with that... anywho-- so my Dad did a challenge of instead of connecting on actor to another, you circle the actor back around... a little easier, but still fun. He started with Tony Shaloub- he said that cartoons don't count though- since Tony was the voice of Luigi in Cars... which I could have easily done. But I figured it out another way- very simple. This is the kind of thing my brain does all the time.
So here is the Tony to Tony connection
Tony Shaloub was in Wings with Thomas Hayden Church, who was is All About Steve with Sandra Bullock, who was in Hope Floats with Harry Conick Jr., who was in Independence day with Will Smith, who was in Men in Black with Tony Shaloub... Got that?
