Ok- just a warningm this is a venting post-
I HATE having my job depend on someone else's performance- or atleast part of it. I have certain things that I need to do, and can not get them done because an incompetent person can not get them done in a timely manner. So does that make him look bad? NO, it makes it look like I am not doing the job properly. And who gets the praise for the job well done? NOT ME. Seriously- take a second and think it over. If I have to do my job, plus someone else's- there is something seriously wrong with that- not to mention going and correcting everything that they have already done wrong after waiting for 40 mins for them to finish thier crap job.
I need a new job.
