I recently started reading this blog by this guy His post today was VERY powerful- please check it out.
I believe that the only thing that is truly our own is our agency, and that we choose how we are going to act and respond to the things that are given (or thrown at us sometimes) in life.
This post really made me think. I am studying to be a marriage and family therapist. I hear a lot of statistics in my classes about success rates of marriages, and many other things. It comes down to the choices that those people make. Each choice that we make each day can change our lives. It just take that one right choice. Sometimes we may have to make the choice several times, but it is always ours to make. We determine our course.
