So this is a note on a customer's account for the company that I work for- for those who don't know, I do the billing for a Security alarm company... some of you have worked the alarm circut along with me, so you will get a kick out of this one. If you have not, you will still appreciate the stupidity of it...
Here is what the note said(no lying)
"I spoke with Leon and he is upset because the tires on his wheelchair fell off and he says it was our tech that did it because "he had tatoos and was young" and he wants us to pay for it. I explained that he can see how much they cost and let us know (maybe give him a month free) but i explained that we cant guarantee anything because it isnt anything that relates to the installation that makes logical sense that it might have gotten damaged. I explained that he is making assumptions about the person and what he would do. He agreed and said he'll call back once he know the price."
Seriously? How can you even try to claim that and think that it is factual?

hahhahahahahaaha oh my gosh! its like the man who got mad at me b/c he only had two hands and i was asking him to look at his contract. hahaha wow.
