I know that it has been a while since I have acutally done any sort of post on what is acutally going on in my life.
Needless to say- not much. But I also forget that people sometimes find my life interesting (why though I don't know) So here is my current standings and plans for life.
I am STILL in school...For those of you who don't know, I am majoring in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Family Studies. Does not sound that entertaining, but how often does the acutall degree title sound interesting? So the question is always what are you going to do with that?
Well Behavioral Science is basically working with people, particularly people with any type of Behavioral problems. So with the emphasis in Family Studies- I focus on Family issues that people have. Ultimately I want to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. But that means finishing my degree first, and then going to atleast 2- more likely three- years of school to get a master's so that I can be certified counselor. So I am setting for right now to get the bachelor, hopefully get a decent job in a field that is more applicable to my actual degree, and then work for a couple of years, and then maybe continue to a masters at that point.
It all depends on my life status- AKA marital status.
So that is school life. There really is not much more, I work- still at Vision, still billing customers.
I do have some a couple of exciting plans coming up-
First this weekend is the festival of Colors! Pictures to come later. I have decided to make this a yearly tradition. It is tons of fun.
Next in the Summer I will be finally getting a vacation longer then two days! Wahoo! We are having a family reunion with my mom's side of the family. With all the drama that is occurring right now with my mom's side it will make for an interesting week- but that is ok. I am excited to go to Oregon and to the beach!
I am also planning on a cruise with my friend Rachel this fall... just a short one but it will still be a blast. We are planning on doing a BIG trip next summer to celebrate our 30th birthdays.
That is pretty much my life for now.
